About JoAnn Stewart
I'm a proud mother of four and grandmother of five and my life has been centered around people. Before real estate, I spent years working directly with the public---serving in the school system, waitressing, and building a long career in retail sales. Those experiences shaped my belief that every person deserves to be heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
My real estate journey began in NY in 1996, where I quickly found my calling. I was honored to be named Realtor of the Year in Delaware County, NY and later opened my own brokerage in 2004, successfully leading and mentoring a team of 14 agents. Helping others grow and succeed became just as rewarding as serving my clients.
My approach is simple: treat every client like family, listen closely, work tirelessly, and bring decades of experience to every transaction. Real estate is more than a career for me---it's a lifelong passion for helping people move confidently into their next chapter.
